How the Price Promise process works

  1. Let us know if you find an identical door product advertised at a lower price on another UK based online retailer’s website.
  2. Send details of the lower priced product, including the URL, product code and any other relevant information to [email protected]
  3. Once reviewed and if verified we will match the price for you.

 

Important Conditions for Our Price Promise

  1. The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase on the competitor’s website.
  2. The product must be new stock, the identical brand, size, style, specification including warranty or guarantees offered.
  3. The competitor’s website must be a legitimate and authorised dealer of the product.
  4. Price match does not apply to clearance, discontinued, sale or promotional items.
  5. Our Price Match Promise excludes items sold on marketplaces such as Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, eBay etc.
  6. Delivery charges, installation fees and other additional costs are not included in the price match.
  7. Price match comparison will be made against product cost and any delivery charges.
  8. Our Price Match Promise cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
  9. A Wood Idea reserves the right to refuse any price match claim if;
    1. Our competitor has an exclusive deal with a supplier or manufacturer.
    2. There are issues with stock availability
    3. Supplier or manufacturer will not offer us an identical price.
